Your floor plan is a key part of your Sunday system. It’s directly connected to QR code assignments and the proper functioning of the pay-at-table feature.

To ensure a smooth experience for both your team and your guests, and to prevent errors, any changes to your floor plan should be handled by our technical team.


The Solution: Contact Support

Updating your floor plan is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your sunday dashboard.

  2. Click the pink chat bubble icon located in the bottom right corner of your screen.

  3. Send a message to our team explaining that you need to update your floor plan.

What to Include in Your Message

To help us process your request quickly, please include the following details in your message:

  1. Your new floor plan (PDF, image, or table numbers

  2. Effective date for the new floor plan

  3. Any specific QR code changes (for example, “The QR code from old table 12 is now on new table 25”)
