To receive your earnings from trainings and challenges, you must have your bank details added. If you haven’t done so yet:
You won’t be able to receive your earnings from trainings or challenges.
These amounts will remain blocked until you provide your bank information.
Once your bank details are added and your profile is correctly linked to the POS, your earnings will be paid the following Monday.
All rewards will need to be claimed within 30 days on the sunday for Staff App. Make sure to keep an eye on this!
