How to Complete the Training

Note: You don't need to connect your account to a POS user profile to access the training. However, to participate in sunday challenges, you will need to complete this step.
1. Access the Training
Open the sunday For Staff app. A banner at the bottom of your screen, or a pop-up, will prompt you to start the training module from the app's home page.
Note: A reminder will stay visible in the app until you've completed the training
2. Follow the Training Modules
The training is short and broken into 4 main modules:
Why You'll Love sunday: Covers time-saving benefits and tip increases.
How sunday Works: Explains QR code payment options (digital wallet, card, and more).
How to Introduce sunday to Guests: The best phrases (word for word) to present sunday to your guests.
Digital Mindset: An overview of the customer journey.
3. Complete the Quizzes
At the end of each module, you'll answer a 3-question quiz.
Note: If you get a question wrong, you'll need to redo the questions for that section. This makes sure you've fully read and understood the content before moving on.
4. Receive Your Reward
Once you've successfully completed all modules and quizzes:
The training is marked as "Completed".
Your reward is triggered automatically and sent via direct deposit to your linked bank account.
For challenge rewards, the payout processes the Monday after the challenge ends and typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days.

The training hasn't rolled out to all restaurants yet. It's currently available at a select number of locations, so if you don't see it, it just hasn't reached your restaurant yet, but it's coming soon!
Note: The training currently focuses on QR code usage only, but a dedicated training for the payment terminal is on its way!
