Payments: How do I know if a payment was successful?

How to see if a payment has been received, payment failed or was declined

If you want to check if a specific payment was made successfully, follow these 3 steps:

1) From the dashboard, click the Payments button on the menu on the left

2) Using the filters, enter the relevant date and table number

3) Scroll to the correct time the payment was made. If payment was successful, the Status will be Paid. If the payment fails, the Status will be Failed.

If a payment has failed, you can see the reason why by hovering over the 'more information icon'
