If your POS is offline at the time of a sunday payment, the payment may not appear in your POS.
When a payment does not make it to your pos, you have a few ways of confirming that the guest did indeed pay in full:
Validate payment in your sunday dashboard by navigating to the 'payments' tab and searching by table number for any relevant payments.
Check your web app for live payment notifications
Scan the QR code on the table or access the QR via the 'QR Codes' tab
If a payment is validated in the Sunday dashboard, then a restaurant can be absolutely sure the payment was made. If the payment does not appear in the POS, then we recommend the restaurant adds manually that payment and tip, so the POS keeps the correct balance between payment means ( in-house account or sunday payment tender)
