Your "payments" tab

How to read and use this tab

Updated over a week ago

You will have access to this tab by clicking on "operations" from the menu on your left.

This tab gives you access to all transactions registered on sunday.

You can also easily play around with the days and timings to search for a/several specific transactions.

You can also download the displayed data in a .csv format.

To convert a .csv file to an .xlsx file you can follow this tutorial.

It can come in handy to download this data if you find discrepancies between the numbers recorded on your till and the ones on sunday. After checking your sunday reporting, you can have a look at the transactions detail. The first thing to check is the number of sunday payments recorded on your till and the number of successful sunday payments you will find after downloading your data. There might have been a refund processed directly on sunday for instance, as these are not notified to your till, or a payment that was manually closed on your till as sunday but that actually failed.

If there are several transactions under the same table number (meaning that the guests seated at this table decided to split the bill), then you will find several lines of transactions.

If a guest's payment has failed but they used the same payment method several times, then you will find an arrow next to the table number in order to see the details of his transactions, they will be grouped under the last one he made.

You will also be able to filter the transactions easily by their status. This could be helpful if you are looking for the refunded payments processed on sunday for instance, that way you can reflect them on your till if needed.

Please note that the difital fees are not a part of your sunday figures being paid by the guest directly, separated from their bill.
