You can find the QR codes page in your sunday Dashboard under Operations. From this page, you can view your restaurant’s tables, check whether a bill is open, and display the QR code linked to each table.
Here you can:
See the total number of tables
Check to see whether an open bill is associated with the table
Search for a specific table
Display the QR code associated with the table
This page is also useful when you’re having trouble with a QR code. You can quickly view and scan the code here to check whether it’s working correctly and identify where the issue may be.
How can I test a QR code?
1. Open the QR codes page in your Dashboard.
2. Search for and select the table you want to check.
3. Display the table’s QR code.
4. Scan the QR code with your phone.
If the bill appears on your phone, the QR code is working. Ask the guest to scan the QR code again or check their phone’s internet connection.
If the QR code displays the wrong table’s bill, check whether two QR codes have been switched. Confirm that the table number shown in the Dashboard matches the physical table. If the QR codes are correctly placed but the table mapping is incorrect, contact sunday Support.
