We use notifications to inform both creators and subscribers of relevant activity happening within Supercast. In the creator dashboard > settings > notifications, you'll notice there are optional notifications for both subscriber and creator. Here are some non-optional notifications that users will receive:
Payment failures
Annual renewal emails
Donation receipts
Gift subscription confirmation
AMA notifications
If a subscriber isn't receiving these notifications, make sure to escalate the issue to our product team as a bug.
