If you have been granted the rights, you can create a user account for a collaborator of your company, directly on Supertripper.
🧑🏽💻 On your desktop computer:
Click on your profile picture
Click on the "Users" tab
Click on the "Add a user" button
Fill in the requested information
Define the role that the user will have on the platform (traveler, accountant, manager, administrator)
Check or uncheck the authorizations that will be granted
Click on the "Save" button
The person concerned will receive an email at the address you provided to activate their account and set their password

🧐 Note: this feature is only available on desktop for users with an "administrator" role on the platform (or "manager" or "accountant" with the "Can add a collaborator" authorization activated).
🟠 Caution: make sure to carefully verify the names, first names, dates of birth, and phone numbers of the users you create to avoid errors in bookings and ticket issuance. Supertripper is not responsible for any issues related to the information entered on a user profile.
