How to assign the role of "manager" to a collaborator on Supertripper?

Assign the manager role to a user on the platform.

By assigning the role of "manager" to a collaborator, he/she will be able to validate or make bookings for other travelers. They will also manage their profiles according to the rights granted to them.

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on your profile picture

  2. Click on the "Users" tab

  3. You can search for the concerned collaborator by directly entering their name in the search bar. You can also sort the displayed profiles using the available filters: "Entity," "Roles," "Travel Policy," "Status," and "Service"

  4. Click on the concerned profile

  5. Click on the "Setting" section

  6. In the dropdown menu of the "Roles" field, click on the "Manager" role

  7. In the "Managed users" field, click on the "+ Assign users" button to assign collaborators

  8. Select the travelers you want to assign to them

  9. Click on the "Validate" button

  10. Click on the "Save" button

Home > Profile picture > Users > Profile

Remember to go to the "Authorizations" section to check the rights granted to this user with the new "manager" role on the platform. Also, remember to go to the "Notifications" section to check the type of notifications concerning other travelers' bookings that will be sent to him/her by email.

🧐 Good to know: if a manager does not have a dedicated team, he/she is by default the manager of all users linked to the company's Supertripper account.

☝️ Note: this feature is only available on desktop computers for users with the necessary authorizations.
