How to register a collaborator's passport on their profile?

Add the passport to a user's account on the platform.

If you have been granted the rights, you can register a collaborator’s passport, directly on the platform.

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on your profile picture

  2. Click on the "Users" tab

  3. You can search for the concerned collaborator by directly entering their name in the search bar. You can also sort the displayed profiles using the available filters: "Entity," "Roles," "Travel Policy," "Status," and "Service"

  4. Click on the concerned profile

  5. Click on the "Passport" section

  6. Fill in the required information (country of issue, gender, last name, first name, passport number, expiration date).

  7. Click on the "Save" button

🟠 Warning: to avoid blocking your flight bookings, please do not enter special characters (accent, hyphen, apostrophe, etc.).

🧐 Please note: since January 1, 2024, the Air France-KLM group penalizes any errors related to information provided during flight ticket bookings. It is essential to carefully verify the details entered on the platform, particularly the phone number and passport information, as your company risks being penalized in case of error.

☝️ Note: this feature is only available on desktop computers for users with an "administrator" or "manager" role on the platform, if the permissions have been granted to them.
