How to know the fare conditions of a train ticket and whether it is exchangeable or refundable?

Understanding the modification or cancellation conditions of a train booking.

You can find out the modification or cancellation conditions of a train ticket at the time of booking and/or after making the booking.

➡️ During the booking:

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on the "Travel" tab or on the Supertripper logo

  2. Start the search from the "A train" search engine

  3. Select the desired train

  4. Scroll down the window that opens on the right side of your screen

  5. Click on the "See ticket conditions" button

  6. The fare conditions of the train ticket are displayed

📲 On the mobile app:

  1. Click on the "I’m booking" tab or on the Supertripper logo

  2. Start the search from the "A train" search engine

  3. Select the desired train

  4. Scroll down the window

  5. Click on the "See ticket conditions" button

  6. The fare conditions of the train ticket are displayed

➡️ After the booking:

Before modifying or canceling a train booking, we advise you to check the fare conditions of your train ticket beforehand.

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on the "Bookings" tab

  2. Choose the "Type" filter and check the "Train" box

  3. Use the calendar by clicking on the "Period" filter to display bookings according to a desired date range. By default, the platform displays bookings from the current date

  4. Choose the train ticket in question

  5. Click on the "Manage my booking" button

  6. Click on the "See ticket conditions" button

📲 On the mobile app:

  1. Click on the "My bookings" tab

  2. Click on the "All bookings" button

  3. Click on the "+" icon to display the filters

  4. Choose the "Type" filter and check the "Train" box

  5. Use the calendar by clicking on the "Period" filter to display bookings according to a desired date range. By default, the platform displays bookings from the current date

  6. Choose the train ticket in question

  7. Click on the "Manage my booking" button

  8. Click on the "See ticket conditions" button

Home > My bookings

💡Tip for administrators and managers: you can filter by "Entity", by "Service", by "Tags" or by "Users", after clicking on the "Filters" button.
