When you create an account with the role of "manager" on Supertripper, your collaborator will be able to validate or make bookings for other travelers. They will also be able to manage their profiles according to the authorizations granted to them.
To do this, you must assign one or more travelers to one or more manager profiles.
🧑🏽💻 On your desktop computer:
Click on your profile picture
Click on the "Users" tab
You can search for the concerned collaborator by directly entering their name in the search bar. You can also sort the displayed profiles using the available filters: "Entity," "Roles," "Travel Policy," "Status," and "Service"
Click on the relevant profile
In the left sidebar, click on the "Setting" section
Scroll through the displayed window
Click on the "+ Assign users" button in the "Managed users" field
Select the travelers you want to assign to them
Click on the "Validate" button
Click on the "Save" button

🟠 Caution:
If a user has no assigned manager, he/she is automatically linked to the administrator(s) of your company's Supertripper account.
If a manager has no assigned users, he/she is by default the manager of all users linked to the company's Supertripper account.
☝️ Note: this feature is only available on desktop computers for users with the necessary authorizations.
