How to update my first and last name on Supertripper?

Edit my first and last name on the platform.

Upon your first login, it is imperative to ensure that your first and last name are correct, in order to avoid any errors in bookings, especially when issuing tickets.

🧑🏽‍💻 On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on your profile picture

  2. Click on the “My account” tab

  3. Click on the "General" section

  4. Verify that your first and last name are correct

📲 On the mobile app:

  1. Click on the mobile menu at the top right of your screen

  2. Click on the “My account” tab

  3. Click on the "General" section

  4. Verify that your first and last name are correct

Home > Mobile menu > My account

🟠 Warning: your first name and last name must not contain:

  • accents (é, è, ë)

  • special characters (ç, -, ~, ^, apostrophe)

  • civil titles (Mr, Mrs)

  • mentions (ép)
    Incorrect: Mme Cécile-Anaïs L'ÉCUYER (ép. NUÑES)
    Correct: Cecile Anais LECUYER ou Cecile Anais LECUYER NUNEZ

☝️ Please note: in case of error, you must contact one of the administrators of your company's Supertripper account, who have modification rights. To find out their names, go to the "Validation and reservation circuit" section, on the same page.
