Bulk User Upload
Firm administrators can create new user accounts in bulk via CSV, directly on the Member Settings page. Admin use a pre-formatted CSV template, creating many user accounts at once and verifying user data is correct.
Access the Bulk User CSV template in the Invite Member modal:
Simply open the CSV template file via the program of your choice.
Use the Import CSV button in the Invite Member modal to upload the user list. A validation screen will flag formatting issues—such as invalid email addresses or unsupported Access or Firm Roles—before users are added to the Supio org. If enabled, users can be assigned to a default team and invites sent once validation is complete.
