Inbox eliminates the manual work of sorting, uploading, and routing incoming documents. When an email is forwarded to the firm's Supio inbox address, Supio receives the email, reads the documents inside, and automatically matches them to the correct case. Pending matches surface in the Inbox view for one-click confirmation before files are ingested.

Instant Liens automatically reads every document in the case file, identifies liens, and classifies each by type: Government (Medicare/Medicaid), ERISA/Private Health Insurance, and Provider/Facility. Each category surfaces inside the Instant Ledger with a clear breakdown of amounts and the negotiation context for that lien type, giving attorneys the accurate net recovery numbers they need before entering settlement discussions.
Case Review Agent
Automatically extract incident facts and surface gaps for targeted follow-up

The Case Review Agent automatically extracts incident facts from case materials, surfaces gaps in the case overview, and distinguishes confirmed information from outstanding details that still need client verification.

Exhibit Templates let firms define their preferred package structures, which can be applie to any case file in a single click. Supio automatically organizes records and applies Bates stamps consistently across the entire package — producing a court-ready exhibit set without manual splitting, sorting, or reformatting.
Pleading Paper Export
Apply court-specific pleading format at export — no manual reformatting

Pleading Paper Export lets firm admins upload court-specific pleading templates into Supio. At export, users select the template that matches the court they are filing in, and Supio automatically applies correct formatting producing a compliant, court-ready document at export.
File Sync Status
See exactly which files have synced, and when

Sync Status provides per-file visibility into the transfer state of every file synced from external systems. Case managers can see whether each file transferred successfully, is pending, or encountered an error — and can trigger a re-sync directly from the Sync Status view without submitting an IT ticket.
SharePoint Auto-Sync
Keep SharePoint and Supio in sync automatically, without manual intervention

At case creation from SharePoint, users can designate specific folders for Supio to monitor. Supio automatically pulls in new and updated files on a regular basis, keeping both systems in sync without any manual steps.
Smokeball Connector
Request a case sync from Supio directly inside Smokeball
Availability: Generally Available — March 16, 2026
Once enabled, firms using Smokeball can request a case to be synced and processed by Supio directly from within Smokeball — eliminating the need to switch to Supio to initiate case ingestion.

Chat Citation UX
Citation previews have moved to the left side of the chat interface and now provide highlights of both the cited document content and the generated response text. This makes it easier to verify the source of any AI-generated statement without losing context in the conversation.
