What's New
We've introduced two enhancements to the chat experience: Prompt Suggestions, which recommend follow-up conversation topics after each response, and Improved Context Controls, which make it simple to select exactly which case documents feed into your chat session.
The Problem it Solves
Previously, users had to come up with every follow-up question on their own, which could slow down case exploration and cause them to overlook useful lines of inquiry. Managing which documents were included in the chat context was also cumbersome, making it difficult to ensure the AI had the right information without exceeding context limits, often resulting in less relevant answers or a trial-and-error approach to document selection.
How to Get Started
To start using the chat enhancements:
Open the Chat in any case
Select your documents using the new one-click context controls to include all case files, or adjust your selection as needed
Run a prompt — Prompt Suggestions will automatically appear after each response
How it Works
The chat enhancements work by:
Prompt Suggestions — After each AI response, the chat suggests follow-up conversation topics relevant to your case. Simply click a suggestion to continue your exploration. Suggestions appear up to three times in a row to keep the conversation productive without creating an endless loop.
One-click context selection — A new control lets you select all documents and files in your case with a single click. If your selection exceeds the optimal context size, a clear message is displayed so you can adjust your selection before proceeding.
Guided exploration flow — The combination of easy context setup and smart suggestions creates a natural conversation flow — select your documents, run a prompt, follow the suggestions, and keep exploring.
