Prompt Library
Using AI effectively requires strategic prompting - Supio is excited to introduce a comprehensive Prompt Library featuring pre-made prompts co-developed by legal professionals and Supio expert users. The library includes:
Case discovery prompts for uncovering hidden case insights
Medical record analysis prompt templates for comprehensive review
Settlement strategy prompts for valuation optimization
Users can create their own prompts, and share standardized prompts across the firm. Prompt Library is now available for all Supio customers.

Litify & Smart Advocate Integrations
Seamlessly integrate Supio with other critical systems using our updated Litify and Smart Advocate integrations.
The new Litify v2 integration enables you to view Supio’s medical chronology directly within your case management system by pushing it back into Litify and onto the matter itself. Data is pushed back with every timeline update so that you always have the latest.
With the new Smart Advocate v1 integration, admins can now use a Smart Advocate tag, task, or note on the case to trigger case data being sent to Supio. Files can be sent en masse, or by flagging a specific category or subcategory, so admins can choose what level of control to use for which files get sent to Supio.

Case Economics - Financial Overview
Tracking all of the charges on each case and keeping tabs on open liens can be incredibly time-consuming. With the new Case Total Overview, you can easily review the overall financial state of each case. Break down total charges across all providers including adjustments, insurance payments, patient payments, and any outstanding balances.
Keep tabs of insurance payments by payer, and track insurance payments against liens to quickly identify any missing primary lien holders.
