How can I search for more emails and mobiles with Surfe?
Updated over a month ago

Looking for more email addresses and phone numbers for your contacts? Currently, Surfe and the Surfe cascade only search for one email, mobile, and phone number per contact. However, by adding additional enrichment providers and mapping your fields, you can retrieve more emails and mobile numbers!

How to do it:

1. Add the API Key from Your External Providers:

Go to your Surfe Dashboard and add the API key from the external providers you wish to use with the Surfe cascade.

Need more information about the providers we're integrated with?

2. Validate the API Key and Map Your Fields:

Once your API key is added and validated, go to the Fields Mapping section in your Surfe Dashboard.

Locate the following sections:

- Enrichment Information

- Enriched Phone

You will see new fields for each provider you add. Map these fields to the appropriate CRM fields where you want Surfe to store additional email addresses and phone numbers. Need to create a custom field for this? Check below for instructions on how to do it.

3. How can I see more emails and phone numbers?

Although Surfe will only display one email and one phone number in the interface, additional emails and phone numbers will be pushed to your CRM, based on the field mappings you’ve set up. To view the extra data, simply check your CRM, where it will be stored in the custom fields you’ve mapped.

Do you need a custom field in your CRM to store additional information, such as emails or phone numbers?

You can create these custom fields in your CRM by following this guideline. Once created, they will appear in the drop-down list in your Fields Mapping section, allowing you to map them accordingly.

If a field doesn’t exist in your CRM, you will need to create a new TEXT/DATA field. This will make the field visible in the drop-down list in your Surfe Field Mapping.

How to create a new field depends on which CRM you are using. Here are tutorials for each CRM we support:
