I need to change my email
Updated over a week ago

It happens! Perhaps you've started a new job (congrats, by the way!) or experienced an administrative change. No worries—it’s an easy fix!

If you are using the same CRM

Invite your new email (Or ask your Surfe Admin if you are not the admin)

Once accepted the invite, delete your old email

Note: Don’t forget to re-assign your paid seat to the new email (Or ask your admin to do it).

If it is a new CRM:

Make sure you are connected to your new CRM first and create a new account with Surfe.

Reach out to our customer service via chat so that they can switch your current plan to the new email in the system.

If it’s a group account, re-invite all your co-workers to the new account.
