Made a mistake and need to unsync your messages with Surfe?

Click the "Unsync Chat" button again in the message window, and it will automatically unsync your messages.

Note

Surfe cannot remove the messages from your CRM. You’ll need to delete them manually. The "Unsync" button will only stop further message synchronization.
