Wondering Why You’re Being Prompted to Upgrade?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you're seeing a prompt to upgrade your Surfe account, it usually means you've reached the limit of features included in your current plan or that you have not assigned your paid seat(s) yet. Here are a few common reasons:

You may need to upgrade if:

  • You have not assigned your paid seat(s)

  • You've hit your monthly email/phone enrichment quota

  • You’ve hit your Search quota

  • You're trying to access a Pro feature (e.g. Advanced Analytics)

  1. What to do:

  • If you just purchased your licence(s): to get the benefits of the licence(s) that you purchased, you need to go to your Surfe Dashboard Team section, and assign the paid seat(s) to those who will be using the premium features.

  • If you've hit your monthly email/phone enrichment quota, you can buy more credits for the whole account (not individual users) by clicking on this link ⬅️

Oh, and this purchase is a one-time thing, not recurring. So, if you need more credits down the road, just go through the purchase process again—it’s that simple!
