New users only : New Surfe Side Panel – Everything You Can Do

The new Surfe side panel brings all essential contact and CRM functionality into a single interface. All the information is pulled directly into the panel, so you can view, enrich, and update contacts without leaving your workflow.

From March 11, 2026, all new Surfe users will get a redesigned side panel for faster access to LinkedIn profiles, CRM data, and enrichment — making prospecting and updates smoother than ever.

View Contact & Company Info

The side panel shows key information about your contacts and companies instantly.

First Step: Head over to your Side Panel

Just open your Surfe Side panel!

Step Two: Sync Contact to CRM

  1. Open the contact in the Surfe side panel

  2. If the contact is not in your CRM, click Sync as Contact

  3. You will be given the option to either Sync as Contact or Sync as Lead

4. Once the Contact or Lead is successfully added to your CRM - we will show it instantly on the Side Panel profile

Make sure a contact exists in your CRM before enrichment, so any updates are saved properly.


Step Three: Enrich Contact

Enrich your contact's email or mobile number

Works for new contacts or contacts already in your CRM.

How to:

  • Click Find email address or Find mobile number in the side panel or click on Find both to retrieve both data at the same time.

  • Surfe will then run its enrichment cascade to enrich the data

If the contact is already saved in your CRM saved in your CRM, you can click Update CRM to push enriched data to your CRM.


After Syncing & Enriching Contacts – What You Can Do

  1. Add Additional Fields

    • Create custom fields (text, number, date, picklist, etc.).

  2. Add as Deal

    • Create new deals/opportunities linked to the contact and company.

  3. Contact Updates

    • Keep contact info current with manual updates (such as new Job titles)

  4. Tasks

    • View, create, and manage tasks for the contact or associated deals.

  5. Conversation Sync & Message Templates

    • Sync conversations

    • Access message templates for fast outreach.

  6. CRM Event Tracking

    • Supported for Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hubspot, Copper.

Access the Tasks, Contacts updates and other Surfe options by clicking on the 3 lines on the right hand corner of the side panel

You can access your Surfe Dashboard at any time by clicking on the Surfe logo, or by using the shortcut tabs that take you directly to the different sections of your dashboard.

From there, you can also:

  • View your profile and check your remaining credits under My Account

  • Manage your Field Mapping and access your connected integrations, including sales enablement tools and external providers

  • Manage your Surfe Settings

  • Access your lists on the Surfe App and even start prospecting!
