When visiting a profile page on LinkedIn, Surfe gives the user the ability to add the contact and all of their information from LinkedIn straight to the CRM - instead of having to manually copy and paste, this saves the user time and removes any chances of data entry errors.

You will see three choices:

Add as Contact: Add this profile to your CRM as a contact with all of their details transferred. Just like that, no tab switching! If the user has multiple job roles, you will be able to select which position you would like to show in your CRM.

Add as Lead: Add this profile as a lead to your CRM, with all of their details transferred in one click.

Add to Deal: Add this Profile as a contact assigned to a certain deal on your connected CRM, with all of their details transferred

After adding a new contact to your CRM with Surfe, the contact you've added will now be highlighted in blue.

To remove a contact, head over to your connected CRM and remove the contact as usual.

Surfe does not impose any daily limits on the number of contacts you can add to your CRM from LinkedIn per day. However, please be mindful that overuse of this feature may be seen as suspicious by LinkedIn and could result in temporary account suspensions. Don’t worry! This isn’t a common occurrence and only happens when users use this feature to add many contacts in a spam-like way.
