Surfe’s email finder uses 1 credit per search. Different plans provide a different number of credits per month with our Essential plan offering 150 credits per month and our Pro plan offering an unlimited number of credits.

It’s easy to see how many credits you have remaining at any time, from anywhere on LinkedIn. Simply hover over the Surfe side panel and click on the profile icon. Here you will see how many credits you have available. You’ll be able to see how many Surfe credits you have left (these are used for our cascade which searches with Apollo, RocketReach, Dropcontact, and Hunter) and you can see how many credits you have for other individual tools if you have added your API key for those platforms.

What happens with my enrichment credits if I don’t use them?

Different plans provide a different number of credits each month. If you don’t use all of your credits in one month, they will run over to the next month. If not used in the that they are assigned, enrichment credits become available to others on your team.

For example, on the Essential plan you are given 150 credits per month. If you only use 50 credits this month, next month you will have 200 credits and 50 of these will be available for the rest of the team to use if they run out. It is not possible to gift or reassign your credits to another team member.
