Learning which Message templates are working best and to see who is a top performer in your sales team is what every sales leader needs to catalyze your team’s growth. Surfe’s Message Analytics feature enables you to do just that.

To get to your analytics dashboard, go to the Surfe dashboard by clicking the Surfe logo at the top right of your screen while on LinkedIn and then click on ‘Analytics’.

In Analytics, you can view both template analytics and user analytics. To view the performance of your message templates, the template analytics table gives you four columns:

  • Template: The names of the messaging templates you or your team created, along with the template owner

  • Top user: Shows the person who used this template the most

  • Times used: How many times they used the template in communications

  • Reply rate: How often people reply to this message template, as a way to measure effectiveness of the template.

For user analytics, you can see:

  • User name: The name of the use

  • Mess. synced: The number of messages synced with CRM.

  • Avg resp. time: The average time it takes contacts to reply to this user. This can help determine the effectiveness of the sales member’s style of communication.

  • Reply rate: The percentage of contacts that reply to this user’s messages. This can be used to see the effectiveness of a user’s templates and communication style.
