Surfe is even more powerful when being used as a team. Yes, it’s great for keeping track of your own leads and prospects, but using it as a team helps you keep all of your i’s dotted and your t’s crossed. With Surfe, you can share message templates with your team, see the notes your colleagues left on specific prospects, and follow deals together.
How to invite team members
Ensure that you have admin privileges - you’ll need this to invite team members. If you don’t have admin privileges, ask your admin to help.
Head to the Surfe Dashboard, go to the Settings menu and click ‘Team’.
Click on the ‘Invite Team Member’ button at the top of the page.
A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the email address of the person you wish to invite. After entering the email, click on the "Invite" button.
An email invitation will be sent to your colleague. When they open the email, they will need to simply click ‘Join My Team On Surfe’.
They will be redirected to the Chrome Store, where they can install the Surfe extension. Once they do so, their email will be automatically added as a team member. If they already have Surfe installed, we suggest that they reinstall the extension to ensure that everything runs smoothly!
