If you need to change the email address you have associated with your Surfe subscription, it can be easily done in the Surfe Dashboard.

First, make sure your new email address is connected to your CRM. Then head over to the Team window on the Surfe Dashboard, click ‘Invite Team Member’, and enter your new email address. If you’re not an admin, you’ll have to ask an admin on your team to invite your new email address.

You’ll receive an email inviting you to this Surfe team. Once you’ve accepted the invite you can delete your old email address from the Surfe team. You may also need to tick the ‘paid user’ box next to your new email address to ensure you get access to all of the amazing features offered by your Surfe account.
