Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you’re free to cancel your subscription whenever you choose. Your Surfe account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Our best price is available when paying annually, however we also have monthly options.

How can I cancel my Surfe subscription?

Admins can cancel your subscription at any time by heading to the settings window in the Surfe Dashboard. Click on ‘Danger Zone’ and follow the prompts under the ‘Pause my Surfe subscription’ section. If you’re looking to save money, it may be beneficial to downgrade your plan or reduce your number of licenses before canceling your subscription altogether. Analytics are also available for admins to see how your team is using their Surfe license. This can help you decide whether to decrease or increase the number of licenses available to your team.
