Surfe has launched an exciting new integration with HubSpot Sequences, a powerful tool that enables users to send a series of targeted, timed email templates to nurture contacts over time. With this integration (available now only with LinkedIn), Surfe users can seamlessly add LinkedIn contacts directly to their HubSpot sequences, significantly streamlining the sales outreach process.

Currently, this integration is available exclusively to HubSpot Professional users.

Activating your HubSpot Sequences with Surfe is easy!

Need additional permissions in your CRM profile? Reach out to your HubSpot CRM admin for assistance!

1. Users with the appropriate permissions will have the feature automatically enabled in both the Surfe Dashboard.

and the 'Automation Tools' section of the Surfe side panel.

2. Please reconnect to Surfe from the Surfe side panel.

3. You will notice that Surfe will request new permissions from your CRM profile, including the following:

  • Permission to enrol a contact in the sequences

  • Permission to fetch a sequence and view the enrollment status of a contact in that sequence.

4. The New Sequence button is now visible at the top of the LinkedIn page. Feel free to click the button and select your desired sequence!

To input your sequences, click here.

NOTE:

This feature is currently available only on LinkedIn. It can be accessed by all Surfe users who have a valid subscription to the HubSpot Professional Plan or higher.

Did I pick the wrong cadence? What should I do?
Unfortunately, you can’t change the sequence from Surfe. You'll need to make the adjustment directly in HubSpot. Simply log in to your HubSpot account and modify the cadence as needed.
