Forgot your password? No worries - it happens! Let’s get it sorted!

When using Surfe, you don’t actually create a Surfe account. The Surfe plugin actually just connects to your existing CRM account. So if you’re having trouble with your password, it’s actually because you need to enter the login details for your CRM.

If you’re having trouble remembering the password for your CRM account, you can head straight to them and ask them to change your password. You need to go to the forgotten password page of your CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, PipeDrive, or Copper. Once on the Forgot Password page of your CRM, enter your email address to receive a link for resetting your password.
