How does shipping within Germany work?

Shipping costs within Germany:

When purchasing a SUSHI BIKE and optional accessories, the shipping fee is €59. If you only order accessories shipping costs of €4.95 will be charged.

Which shipping service provider will deliver my order?

We deliver your SUSHI BIKE with our shipping partner DHL. If you have ordered accessories, these will be shipped with GLS. Please note that your order may consist of several packages and shipments. Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

As soon as your order has been assembled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link. In addition, you will usually receive a notification from the respective shipping service provider.

What happens if I am not at home?

If delivery is unsuccessful, our shipping service providers offer various options for receiving your package. We recommend that you download the respective service provider's app. There you can see which options are available for your package within your shipment. As a registered customer, you can also schedule/reschedule your delivery.

DHL:

  • Second delivery attempt: If you are not at home, a second delivery attempt will usually be made. You will be informed of this either by email or by a notification card.

  • Forwarding your order to a branch: After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, your package will be deposited at a DHL branch near you. The delivery person will leave a notification in your mailbox. (Please note that not every DHL branch has the capacity to store a SUSHI BIKES box.)

  • Neighborhood delivery: For a neighborhood delivery, the delivery person will leave a notification card in your mailbox. You will also receive an email.

  • Delivery to a secure location: If you are a registered DHL customer and have provided a drop-off authorization, your package will be left there. You will receive a notification via app or email.

GLS:

  • Second delivery attempt: If you are not at home, a second delivery attempt will usually be made. You will be notified of this by email.

  • Forwarding your order to a GLS ParcelShop: After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, your parcel will be taken to a GLS ParcelShop near you. The delivery driver will leave a notification in your mailbox.

  • Neighborhood delivery: In the case of a neighborhood delivery, the delivery person will leave a notification card in your mailbox. You will also receive an email.

  • Delivery to a secure location: If you are a registered GLS customer and have provided a drop-off authorization, your package will be left there. You will receive a notification via app or email.

If, despite all this, delivery is not possible, the parcel(s) will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us so that we can resend your shipment.
