Please contact our customer service team to request a change of delivery address. Our staff can check with our warehouse to see if it is still possible to change the delivery address. Please use our contact form for this purpose.
Once the shipping process is too far along and you have already received a shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to make changes. If you are not at the specified address, the package will be returned to our warehouse. To speed up the process, some shipping providers allow you to digitally refuse delivery.
Once your order has arrived back at our warehouse and been processed accordingly, we can resend it to a new address or issue a refund.
If this takes too long for you, you can also place a new order with the new address at the same time.
