Where is my order and when will it be delivered?

We make every effort to keep our delivery promises. However, delays may occur due to various factors that we cannot always foresee. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Below are some ways to check the status of your order.

1. Check the status of your order/shipment:

Order confirmation: After successfully placing and paying for your order, you will receive an order confirmation including all important information sent to your email address. Please also check your spam folder. The sender is “no-reply@sushi-bikes.com”.

Customer account: To view the current status of your order, please log in to your customer account. Click here to go to the login page. After successfully logging in, you will find your order history. The most recent order is at the top. In the “Fulfillment” column, you can find out whether your order has already been shipped. If the status is “Fulfilled” your order is already on its way to you.

Tracking link & shipment status: If your order has the status “Fulfilled,” the tracking and shipment information is stored. To find this information, please click on the current order number in the leftmost column of your order history. This will take you to the order overview. Under the respective product, you will find the information about the shipping provider and the tracking number. Click on “Track shipment” to view the shipment history.

2. Check the estimated delivery date:

The estimated delivery date for your SUSHI BIKE can usually be found on your order confirmation. If you have only ordered accessories, the estimated delivery date is usually 3-5 business days.

If you have ordered multiple items, the estimated delivery date is always based on the date of the item with the latest delivery date. Partial deliveries are generally not possible.

Please note that this date is only an approximate estimate. Your order may arrive slightly earlier, exactly on the estimated delivery date, or slightly later than your estimated delivery date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a message from the respective shipping service provider. Please check the shipment status and make sure that you are at home on the day of delivery or have planned the delivery accordingly.

Please note that in some cases, the shipment status may not change until 24 hours after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

3. My order just isn't arriving:

Have you already waited for your estimated delivery date and checked the status of your order? We apologize for the delay in your order.

We kindly ask you to wait a few more days. Especially during busy times such as Black Friday or Christmas, shipping providers have a lot to do. Our delivery staff always do their best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Please keep an eye on the tracking link so you don't miss any updates. If it still hasn't changed after 10 business days, please contact us. To do so, please use our Messenger at the bottom right of our website.
