Are my old vouchers still valid?

Since your vouchers were purchased from the insolvent SUSHI Mobility GmbH, they legally constitute an insolvency claim. With the transfer of operations to the new SUSHI Bikes GmbH, these vouchers unfortunately lose their direct validity in the shop, as we, as the new company, are not legally permitted to assume these old obligations. The claim from the voucher can therefore be registered with the insolvency administrator.
