Important note for orders placed before February 1, 2026:
As SUSHI Bikes GmbH is a newly founded company, we have no legal or technical access to the accounting system of the insolvent SUSHI Mobility GmbH. We are therefore unable to issue or correct invoices for purchases made before February 1, 2026. All FAQs regarding the insolvency of SUSHI Mobility GmbH can be found here.
This is how it works for orders placed on or after February 1, 2026:
After placing your order:
Immediately after placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. This contains all the information about your order, but no invoice yet.
After shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email, you will find a button labeled “View invoice.”
Downloading your invoice:
When you click on the button, you will be redirected to a page where you can download your invoice directly. The file is available there as a PDF.
Note for bike orders:
If your order includes a SUSHI BIKE, the invoice will also include a note with the frame number of your bike. This number may be important for insurance, leasing, or service purposes, for example.
Tip:
If you can no longer find your shipping confirmation, please check your spam or advertising folder - sometimes it ends up there.
