Not being selected is never the end of the journey. Many Sharks players have built their skills through our other programs before breaking into JDL or Youth squads.
If you’re not offered a place:
SSA (Skills Academy) is ideal for ages 5–12 to continue developing technical skills.
SDS (Sharks Development Squad) runs advanced weekly training while you continue to play grassroots football.
You can trial again the following year with more experience under your belt.
Our aim is to keep every player in football and give them the best chance to progress.
