Introduction

Collaboration is simple with the Swiftwebsites.ai builder. You can invite teammates, admins, or even customers to access your projects. Access can be granted at different levels - entire projects, specific websites, or individual funnels, so you stay in control of who can do what.

Inviting a Team Member or Admin

  • From your Dashboard, open the Admins section.

  • Click Add an Admin to send an invitation.

  • Enter the person’s email address.

  • Choose the scope of access:

    • Entire project (all websites and funnels)

    • Specific website only

    • Specific funnel inside a project

  • Decide what permissions they should have (e.g., builder access, admin settings, ability to add more sites).

  • Send the invite - the person will receive an email link to sign up or log in.

Adjusting Permissions and Access

  • Once someone has joined, you can manage their access from the Admin Access panel.

  • Select the person’s name to view or adjust their permissions.

  • Update their role or restrict certain sections if needed.

  • Remove access entirely if they no longer need it.

Best Practices

  • Assign access carefully: Give full project access only to trusted teammates or clients.

  • Use least privilege: Limit access to only what each contributor needs.

  • Review permissions regularly: Remove inactive users or downgrade roles if responsibilities change.

  • Separate client vs team access: For customer accounts, restrict permissions to avoid accidental edits to other sites or projects.

  • Keep track of invites: Document who has access to which project for accountability.

Quick Workflow Recap

  • Go to Dashboard → Admins

  • Click Add an Admin

  • Enter email + assign project/website/funnel scope

  • Choose permissions and send invite

  • Manage or adjust access later from the Admin Access panel
