Blog Post Comments

To enable comments on a specific blog post, navigate to the post and click on its settings. Within the settings menu, you’ll find an option to manage comments. From there, you can choose to enable or disable comments for that individual post.

If the comments approval setting is enabled in the blog post settings, all submitted comments must be approved before being published in the comments on the blog page.

Website administrators can approve comments through the website dashboard by navigating to Website Settings -> Moderation.

Comments that haven't been approved yet will appear under the Waiting Approval tab. You can also view all comments associated with your blog posts by navigating to the Blog Posts tab.

To approve a comment, simply click the blue-labeled “Approve” buttonnext to the post.

Once approved, the comment will be published and visible in the blog post.

The visitor will see a label indicating that the comment is under review until it’s approved by a moderator.

Once approved the comment will become visible for all blog visitors.

In the Moderation tab, the website owner can manage all comments and reviews across the site, including video comments, blog post responses, user reviews, and any review widgets enabled on the website pages.

An alternative method for enabling comments on blog posts is to use the Legacy Comments option.

With legacy comments, visitors can leave a comment without needing to sign in or create a membership account.

If comment approval is enabled, all submitted comments will appear under Blog Post -> View Comments, where the site admin can approve or delete them.

While the Legacy Comments feature allows users to leave comments without registering, replies from the admin can only be made directly on the live blog post page.
