The Review Widget allows customers to easily submit reviews for specific items on your website pages.
This feature enhances user engagement by enabling feedback on individual items, helping businesses gather valuable insights.

How To Use & Enable The Review Widget
The review widget is available in the widget list. Simply drag and drop it onto the desired area of the page. It can be used in various sections on your website or funnel.
If you want to go over all the review and replies of the reviews, you can turn on these setting in the settings of the review widget:
Once a review is submitted, it will be marked with a "Waiting Approval" status. You can approve it by navigating to Website Settings -> Moderation tab -> Reviews tab.
The review will be published once you click the "Approve" button.
You can also reply to reviews directly from the Moderation board.
Who Can Add A Comment In The Review Widget?
You can set permission levels for comment submission and enable review approval if needed. There are three levels of access:
Only admins - Commenting and interacting is restricted to users with admin permissions.
Admins and moderators - Only users with admin or moderator roles can comment and interact.
All logged-in members - Any logged-in member of your site or funnel can comment and interact.
Supported Review Formats
Reviews can include both text and images. Users can also choose from a collection of emojis, and reactions are available as well.
The image upload option is a dedicated setting that can be enabled within the review widget settings. Once activated, it allows users to upload images along with their reviews.
Adjusting The Review Widget For Dark Backgrounds
If the page where you've added the review widget has a darker background, it’s important to ensure the text remains easy to read. To do this, you can simply switch the widget to a light text theme.
This adjustment helps improve visibility and keeps the reviews clear and distinguishable for your visitors.
