When a customer makes a booking with Swiss Activities, they receive a confirmation email with all the important information. This includes your contact details so that they can get in touch with you directly if they have any questions.
You will also receive an e-mail when a booking is received. There you will find the following information:
Name of the activity
Date
Time
Meeting point
Number of tickets booked
Name, e-mail and telephone of the client
When the customer has completed the booking with Swiss Activities, the booking has already been confirmed and paid for. Unless you have requested that the booking be made on demand. In this case you would have to confirm the booking directly with the customer.
After the activity has been carried out, the amount minus the commission is transferred to your Payyo account and paid out once a week.
