I haven't received a booking confirmation but my money got deducted

In some rare cases, you might complete and pay for a booking but you don't receive a confirmation email. In this case, the booking page you get redirected to will usually say "cancelled".

Don't panic! We can help you.

In order to complete and confirm the booking, several components must be successfully confirmed. On the one hand, this is your payment, and on the other hand, the reservation of the activity, which in most cases is linked to the booking system of our partner.

Only when the payment and the reservation are successful, a booking is made and the confirmation email gets sent. If you haven't received an e-mail, it means that something hasn't worked with the payment or the reservation.

Your money is never lost and we can refund it.

If you still haven't received a confirmation email one hour after booking, please check your spam folder to see if the email is in there. Otherwise, please contact us through our chat. Enter the following information so that we can process your request as quickly as possible:

  • Your name

  • Your e-mail address

  • Name or link of the activity

  • Date and time of your booking
