Our partner SwissBilling will send you your invoice to the address you specified during your booking. Whether the invoice is sent to you by e-mail or by mail is something you defined when you made your booking.
If you haven't received an invoice, please proceed as follows:
Check your spam folder if you haven't received an invoice 24 hours after your booking.
Contact the customer support of our partner SwissBilling directly via this page or send an e-mail to support@swissbilling.ch.
Maybe you've accidentally entered the wrong e-mail address. In this case, also contact SwissBilling as soon as possible so that they can send you the invoice to the correct address.
