How do I receive my ticket?

After completing the booking of an activity, you'll receive your ticket along with your booking confirmation via email. We will send the ticket to the email address you provided during the booking.

Please also check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation within 5 minutes of booking.

If you haven't received an email one hour after booking, please contact us through our chat. If you provide us with your name and the name of the activity, we can take care of the issue and assist you.
