Are you having trouble with your key? :(
The Switch prides themselves on being tech savvy so we removed the need for you to carry a physical key. We know you always have your mobile phone on you so you can now have your key on your phone too.
The Student Mobile Access app needs to be downloaded and activated before you can use it. If you do not have your room number displayed then please see a staff member to assist you with this.
Here are some troubleshooting tips if your app key doesn't seem to work:
Check your Bluetooth is switched on.
Refresh the app by shutting it down and reopening it.
Your phone needs to be held against the card reader and it will flash green then turn a solid green. When it turns solid green, the door will open or you can select your level in the lift.
Try removing your phone case and see if that makes a difference.
Your app key can only be logged into your account. If you try to log in on someone else's phone or another phone, you will have issues.
If it still is not working, then try this:
Go to the Student Mobile Access app settings cog and 'Unregister' and then log in again.
Delete the app and re install it
