Perth Central After Hours Check-In Guide

You can follow these simple steps to check-in in case you arrive after hours.

DIGITAL KEY

You can use the STUDENT MOBILE ACCESS app on your phone to access your key. Make sure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. You can gain access to the building outside by using the card scanner.

Once you enter the building, you will need to scan the digital key in the Student Mobile Access app again in the lift against the card reader and then press your floor number to access your apartment floor.

Once you reach your level, you can find your apartment number. To unlock your door, open your Student Mobile Access app and place your phone against the card reader until the door unlocks. Please make sure you access the correct room number, you can see your room number in your app.

INTERNET

To activate your Wi-Fi, open your phone's Wi-Fi settings and select Superloop_Wifi. Your login details are:

Username: your email address

Password: Switch01

RECEPTION

Our reception is open from 9am every day. Please visit the front desk on the ground floor to notify a Switch team member of your arrival. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have about the building or your contract.

If for any reason, you cannot access the building or your apartment, please ring the doorbell on the main entrance or call the emergency number on 0499456071 and one of our team members will be able to help you.
