There may be a couple of reasons for this
You might have added your bank card through the process of adding loyalty cards. In this case, we will delete the photo of your bank card because we care about the safety of your data. Make sure you add your bank card the right way described in this article: How do I add a bank card
You might have entered incorrect card details. Make sure you double-check them when adding your card again
