My payment with Swoo Pay didn't go through. Why is that?

There are several reasons why your payment might not go through

  • NFC is turned off in your phone's settings

  • Swoo is not selected as the default app for NFC payments in system settings

  • screen lock is not set

  • your card account has insufficient funds

  • your issuing bank blocked your card for some reason

If you checked everything and your payments still don't go through, please reach our support team and describe your issue in detail:

  • in-app chat (the "Help" tab in the bottom navigation bar)

  • in-app contact form ("Menu" → "Contact us by email")
