Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard. Once there, just click "cancel" against the transaction that you wish to cancel. Please note that this is only possible before you confirm a transaction.
We will review your request and may contact the customer. This is typically instant, but may take up to 24 hours. No further action is needed. You will not receive payment for a cancelled sale.
If relevant, please make sure goods and services are returned by the customer, or the customer pays you by alternative means.
