Prerequisites
Before getting started, make sure that:
You have Admin permissions on TAC: app.touchandcontact.com
You have Admin access to HubSpot
Your HubSpot account is active
Step 1 — Log in to TAC
Log in to the TAC portal: app.touchandcontact.com
Go to Integrations
Select HubSpot
Step 2 — Log in to HubSpot
Click Connect HubSpot.
The HubSpot authentication screen will open.
Select the correct HubSpot account
Confirm the requested permissions
✅ No API keys, tokens, or manual configuration are required.
Step 3 — Connection Completed
After logging in:
TAC will be connected to HubSpot
Synchronization will start automatically
No additional IT intervention is required
Step 4 — Field Mapping (Field Mapping Configuration)
The Field Mapping section allows you to define how HubSpot contact data is synchronized with TAC.
In this screen, you can connect HubSpot contact properties to the corresponding fields in TAC so that information is automatically transferred between the two platforms.
Where to configure Field Mapping
To access the configuration:
Go to TAC
Open the Integrations section
In the HubSpot section, click the ⚙️ Settings icon
This will open the Field Mapping Configuration screen.
How to configure the mapping
For each HubSpot field (for example email or phone):
Select Map to TAC field
Choose the corresponding TAC field from the dropdown menu
(e.g., Contacts → Email or Contacts → Phone)
Alternatively, you can select Use a static value to assign a fixed value to all synchronized contacts.
Adding additional fields
From the Available CRM Fields menu, you can select additional HubSpot properties and map them to the desired TAC fields.
Once the configuration is complete, click Save to store the mappings.
✅ The integration is now complete!
From this moment on, TAC will automatically communicate with HubSpot to synchronize contacts.
